Can I speak to a technician?
Our technicians are always out in the field and cannot take calls to answer questions.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
We do not give estimates over the phone because a problem must be diagnosed before we can determine the solution. We cannot estimate the cost of an installation because unforeseen problems can and sometimes do arise. We like to be upfront about cost and cannot do that until we know the scope of the problem or installation process.
How fast can you get here?
In most cases we can schedule same-day appointments. The reason we cannot give an exact appointment time and always give a window of time is because the job prior to a scheduled one might encounter unexpected problems and cause the technician to be at that site for a longer period of time.
